D&AD Shift - Project Producer

Shift is a different kind of talent program—a free, industry-led night school for outstanding, untapped creatives without formal degrees or industry connections, designed to launch them into creative careers. As general project producer, I led the program end to end: curating the full curriculum, defining learning paths, building the agenda, and managing every aspect of student experience and shifter performance. I also cultivated relationships with industry partners, mentors, and guest speakers, ensuring the program stayed deeply connected to the realities of the creative market. From strategic planning to day-to-day delivery, I was responsible for orchestrating the entire in-person educational journey.
