The identity was never the real problem. The absence of a way to decide was.

Internal branding education for one of Brazil's largest banks. With Itaú's in-house team, NoBull built a tailored learning platform: teaching methodology, mandatory tracks by audience, and the reasoning behind every brand decision, so the whole organisation uses the brand system with clarity and consistency. The manual became living culture.
Centauro is Brazil's largest sporting-goods retailer. With NoBull, Aline built a scalable communication system for new-store openings, a long-standing pain point, using AI visual resources for consistency and faster approvals across very different store specs.
Led Brazilian content strategy and curation for a global learning platform, building a data-driven curation strategy behind 50+ Brazilian courses and acting as the cultural bridge to a global audience.

She has led brand work from inside high-growth companies, built creative education programmes, and co-founded NoBull, a studio for brands that need strategy and execution to move together.
Before NoBull, she led branding and communications at Liv Up through scale-up, ran Brazilian content and curation at Domestika, and produced D&AD Shift São Paulo, a free industry-led programme for self-taught creative talent.
She is also a cultural producer, with close to two decades of experience producing cultural projects rooted in urban cultures, work that has always informed how she reads brand, culture and context.
She works with technology and AI systems as everyday tools, using them to make creative processes faster, more measurable and less dependent on opinion.
